The terms that apply when you book and use Gloss Go Mobile Car Detailing services.

1. Our services

Gloss Go Mobile Car Detailing provides mobile car washing, detailing, cut and polish, and ceramic coating services at your home, office or other agreed location. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes and pricing

Prices listed on this website are starting prices by vehicle size and standard condition. Heavily soiled vehicles, pet hair, mould, bodily fluids or other extreme conditions may attract additional charges. Where extra charges apply, we will tell you and agree on the price before starting the work. Ceramic coating work is quoted individually after assessing the vehicle.

3. Bookings and access

To complete a booking we need reasonable access to your vehicle and enough space to work around it safely. Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. We may need access to power or water for some services and will confirm this when booking.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

Plans change, we understand. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require pre-payment for future bookings. Severe weather may require rescheduling for exterior work, and we will contact you as early as possible if that happens.

5. Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the completed work, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to rectify the issue at no extra cost. The guarantee covers the work performed and does not cover new soiling after the service is completed, pre-existing paint damage, or wear that cleaning cannot fix.

6. Liability

We are insured for public liability. We take great care with every vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defective trim or seals, or damage that only becomes visible once dirt is removed. Where we identify pre-existing damage before starting, we will point it out to you.

7. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and electronic payment methods as advised at booking.

8. Website content

All content on this website, including text, images and branding, belongs to Gloss Go Mobile Car Detailing or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
